Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day which is Monday.)

If you have input the wrong shipping address, please email us at beautifymeessentials@gmail.com as soon as possible thats how we can fix it. If your order has already been process and ship, theres nothing we can do. You will have to contact USPS at (1-800-275-8777) or UPS at (1-800-742-5877) and have them to update the information for you.

It all depends on your location and the time you order, such as holidays. It also depends on the carrier(USPS or UPS). Once your order is done been process, we will provide you with a tracking number.

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. 

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country.

All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package (it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package). We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

International orders are exempt from price adjustments and free shipping promotions.

Beautify Me Essentials is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once packages are received by USPS and UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS or UPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777)USPS or UPS (1-800-742-5877). If there is any damages to your product contact us within 24 hours of receiving item at beautifymeessentials@gmail.com.

Beautify Me Essentials ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Beautify Me Essentials or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. 

You will received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or UPS) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Beautify Me Essentials is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS or UPS. 

WE TAKE RETURNS AND CHARGE BACKS VERY SERIOUSLY. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OUR COMPANY, EXPECT CRIMINAL CHARGES AND A CIVIL SUIT TO FOLLOW/ AND $250 CHARGE TO YOUR CARD.

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered,cancel or changed once your payment is complete.

If you do not receive an email from Beautify Me Essentials within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Beautify Me Essentials account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or reenter the same card number. 

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. LASH EXTENSIONS

With the proper care Mink Lashes can be worn up to 35 times.

Carefully take them out of the lash container. Make sure not to pull on the lashes because it can ruin them. You might have to bend the plastic container in order to achieve this. Check and see if the eyelash is the correct size for your eye shape and then apply eyelash adhesive to the lash band. Wait about 20-30 seconds for the glue to get tacky and carefully apply the lash band to your lash line.

The easiest and most effective way to clean off your Beautify Me Essentials Lashes is to set them in warm soapy water for about 5 minutes. After you take the eyelash out of the water, GENTLY rub off any excess glue. Grab a spoolie and brush the lashes out to make sure they are fully clean. Spray with alcohol to kill bacteria, and then return the lashes to their lash case or a safe place for them to dry. You are now good to go!

The best place to keep your lashes is in the lash case. If you no longer have the lash case, put them in a safe place so they won’t get wet or damaged.
