WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

Processing Time

Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day which is Monday.)

Note: Please allow up to 7-14 Business Days to processed and shipped out your order during Holidays, Sales and During high volume times!

It all depends on your location and the time you order, such as holidays. It also depends on the carrier(USPS). Once your order is done been process, we will provide you with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

Please allow 14-21 Business Days to process and to shipped your order out.

All orders are shipped through USPS. We will send you a confirmation email once we had processed and shipped your order out.

Shipping & Delivery 

Beautify Me Essentials is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777). If there is any damages to your lashes contact us within 24 hours of receiving item at info@beautifymeessentials.com.

Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. 

Beautify Me Essentials ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Beautify Me Essentials or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

You will received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

 

How can I track my package?

You can visit USPS.com to enter the tracking number we emailed to you.  

 

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Beautify Me Essentials is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS.

 

Cancellation and Return Policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes, health and safety reasons, there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES. If an item is defective, please email us immediately at info@beautifymeessentials.com. We will be happier to assist you. Please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team ( info@beautifymeessentials.com ) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
